POWER OUTAGES     Unfortunately, we periodically experience power outages due to extreme weather or traffic accidents along route 108.  If you ever attempt to contact the office and the phone simply rings and is not answered, we are experiencing a power outage.  We are able to connect the old slim line phones into two of the telephone lines when the electronic phones go down.  In this event, you must call either 301-774-9500 or 301-774-0700 directly.  There will be no rollover lines available.

     Our clients' pets are our primary concern.  If your pet is staying with us or hospitalized when an outage occurs, rest assured that the staff will continue to provide all necessary care and will do our best to contact the owners and advise them of the situation.
