NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM 

When the automated attendant answers during normal business hours, if you know the extension of the person you are trying to reach you can press it at any time. 
The options are as follows:        Emergency - press "11"
                                                   Reception - press "3"
                                                   Boarding - press "4"
                                                   Grooming with Christine - press "5"
                                                   Hours and address - press "6" 
                                                   Accounts Receivable - "0"
These calls will be directed to each department accordingly.  If no one is available to take your call, you will be put directly into voice mail for that department.  Voice Mail messages are checked approximately every 30 minutes, and return calls are made.
