Every Month is Dental Month at OSSVH

Did you know that 85% of dogs and cats over 3 years of age have dental disease? Bad breath is NOT normal. In fact, your pet’s bad breath is an indication of bacteria in the mouth, which can lead to tartar build-up and periodontal disease.

At OSSVH, dental cleaning for your pet just became more affordable. We have updated our standards of care to reflect the importance of dental health. Our dental cleanings for dogs and cats now include full mouth radiographs at no additional cost.

We are now offering complimentary dental evaluations for your pet. This is a brief, focused examination of your pet’s oral health. If a dental cleaning is scheduled at the time of the dental evaluation or at the time of your pet’s regular wellness examination, you will receive a 10% discount on their dental procedure.

As always, if your pet is enrolled in one of our Healthy Pet Plans, you will receive a 20% discount* on their dental procedure.

If you are concerned about your pets’ dental health, please contact our office to schedule a complimentary dental evaluation.

Stay tuned for more posts on pet dental health!

My name is Desirée; most of you probably know me as one of the receptionists here at OSSVH. I grew up in Ohio, near Cleveland and have lived in various places across the country including Washington and Virginia before moving here a few years ago to finish college. Continue…
