Pharmacy Refills

We are pleased to announce that our Client Care Specialist, Lily is taking on additional duties as our Pharmacy Technician.  Lily was a pharmacy technician at a busy human pharmacy and has undergone additional veterinary pharmacy technician training. There will be changes in how you request medication refills over the phone.  You will be directed to our Pharmacy Refill line to leave a voicemail detailing your request. Alternatively, you may submit your prescription refill request online through our website. All prescription refill requests submitted to O-S-S-V-H will be reviewed and processed within 72 hours of our receipt of your request(s) Monday through Friday. Please plan accordingly should your pet require a prescription refill(s).
